Fire hose reels provide a controlled stream of water for first-response firefighting. Albilad manufactures hose reels and cabinets locally to international standards in two main configurations:
- Saudi Aramco style: pedestal-mounted reel with a 1¼" non-collapsible rubber hose, variable flow/pattern fog nozzle, gear-driven rewind, and baked-enamel finish for corrosion resistance.
- Industrial type: heavy-duty reel for petrochemical plants, power stations and refineries — approx. 30 m of 1½" oil- and abrasion-resistant hose with a variable fog nozzle, suitable for water or foam-water.
Cabinets are produced as free-standing, surface-mounted and flush-mounted units — industrial (2 mm steel, 6 mm front glass) and commercial (1.2 mm steel, 3 mm glass) — with stainless-steel piano-hinged doors, sized to house a portable extinguisher where required.
