What is the difference between FM200, NOVEC and CO₂ systems?
All three are gaseous suppression systems. FM200 and NOVEC 1230 are clean agents that are safe for occupied spaces and leave no residue, making them suitable for server rooms, control rooms and archives. CO₂ extinguishes by rapidly displacing oxygen and is applied to normally unoccupied hazards such as machinery and electrical rooms. The right choice depends on the space, its occupancy and the hazard.
When is a deluge system used instead of sprinklers?
Sprinkler heads open individually when heat reaches each head. A deluge system uses open nozzles and floods the entire hazard zone at once when the detection system triggers — the choice for fast-spreading, high-hazard risks such as fuel areas and transformers.
What is VESDA?
VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) is an aspirating smoke detection system that continuously samples air through a pipe network and detects smoke at a very early stage — well before conventional detectors — making it suitable for data halls and critical facilities.
Do you manufacture locally in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. At our facility in Dammam 2nd Industrial City we manufacture fire hose reels and cabinets and safety shower and eyewash units, and we operate foam blending and refilling capabilities. Local manufacturing supports fast supply, local content and lifetime support.
Do you provide maintenance and refilling?
Yes. We provide periodic maintenance programs, spare parts, and refilling services for fire extinguishers and foam concentrate, alongside installation and commissioning of the systems we supply.

- Sprinkler System
- A water-based network of piping and heads; each head opens individually when exposed to heat.
- Deluge System
- An open-nozzle water or foam system that discharges over the whole protected zone at once upon detection.
- Clean Agent
- A gaseous extinguishing agent (such as FM200 or NOVEC 1230) that suppresses fire without water or residue; safe for occupied spaces.
- Foam System
- Mixes foam concentrate with water to blanket flammable-liquid fires and prevent re-ignition; common in fuel storage and refineries.
