FM-200® (HFC-227ea) is a clean agent fire suppression system that extinguishes fires in seconds without leaving residue, making it suited to spaces where water or powder would damage the very assets being protected.
The agent is stored as a liquefied compressed gas and discharges as a vapor that absorbs heat and interrupts combustion. Because it is electrically non-conductive and safe for occupied spaces at design concentrations, FM-200 systems protect operating rooms, data halls and control centers without requiring evacuation-first designs.
Albilad engineers each system to the hazard: hydraulic calculations, nozzle placement, detection integration and room integrity testing, followed by installation, commissioning and periodic maintenance.
